All of the food that we serve, with the exception of citrus, comes from sustainable North Carolina farmers, ranchers and fishermen. The majority of our food comes from our partner, Coon Rock Farm in Hillsborough. We use heirloom vegetables, heritage breeds of livestock, sustainable fish and seafood. All of the farms that we source our food from are certified organic or use sustainable organic methods and haven’t paid to be certified yet. If it grows or was raised in the Piedmont we use it. We are also a certified Piedmont Grown restaurant.
